I ws thin my whole life. Gained weight in college. I joined the Army Reserve and was super skinny. To make a long story short. I have gained and lost over 100 pounds about 4 times. I was 150 five years ago. I have been as high as 350. I don't want to gain another 100 pounds. I do workout and have a personal trainer and try to swim laps everyday. My biggest problem is drinking too much wine.
