I'm back.. Vacation was awesome. Came back to lotsa changes at work as usual. It's making it hard to stay on track this week. I'll keep trying mt best...planning ahead and preparing helps!

Yahooo! A great first week. Will be even better when I'm able to fit in some real exercise! On the right track!

Busy day...didnt exercise, but ate relatively well...ok, dinner was a challenge, but otherwise I'm content. FIRST one week weigh in tomorrow! By the way...I have no buddies!!! :-(

CARBS!!!!!!!!
Sheesh! I'm counting calories and trying to fit in some exercise, even if it's simply shopping or taking the stairs. I've never been too aware Carb intake and when i take a look at the graphs, I see that more than 75% of my intake is Carbs! Granted, it's fruits, veggies and my breakfast oatmeal, but SHEEEESH!!!

Busy "family" day with the nieces. Did some walking, grocery shopping and baked treats for the doggies. I'm tired! At farely well at our late breakfast. Dinner was rough...but focused on the protien. I tried! Tomorrow should be good!
