I fell off journaling my progress...but am back as of this week.
I started again on eating one healthy meal after 5pm and having some protein and yorgurt in the morning and a light salaad at lunch.
Drinking plenty of spring water has kept me hydrated with no dizzieness or hunger pangs.

I start then two days later I see another "diet,eating plan" that seems better and I stop doing the one am doing and start on this "new one"...after a week am a mess I can't remember which one am on:( but journaling has helped me see that I need to stay focused on one plan no matter how tempting others look.
I have started eating only one major meal a day and in 7 days I lost 4 pounds...probably water weight but I will take that for now.

Had a weekend away with my family. Did great on Friday 10/04, did okay on 10/05 and 10/06 I started to slip around luch time. My hubby is with me on this journey and he helped me get back on....I have to keep reminding myself it.s not how much I fall/fail it's how many times am willing to get up...today I have fallen three times and gotten up three time.
The challenge continues!

Today is 10/2/2012...not sure why am overeating...I went to the gym for an hour but still don't feel good.
ohh well tommorrow is another day.

Today is another start for me, Sat 9/29...the challenge continues...I have gained 2pounds in the last two weeks.
I cannot give up...I need to watch my portion sizes. Am 130 today
my goal is to be 115lb...
