La Express proteins...
Can anyone help with this question? I started the new LA Express and it states for cheeses allowed are ones 3 grams of fat or less per ounce. So does this means I cannot eat reduced-fat cheeses anymore? Where can I find cheeses with such low grams?

Luna Bars...
Hello My Fellow Dieters... I would like to know if anyone is losing weight using the Luna bars instead of the La lites bars? I'm very curious because I have never tried the Luna bars with the diet. Please help

Take Off with Oranges
Yes the oranges does works. I did the TO for 2 days and had a loss of 3.2lbs. I was excited with the loss when I weighed in at the center. Good Luck!
