Hey y'all. Just wondering to those that are successful in losing weight how many cals you are having a say. ? How much excercise do you do.? I've been fluctuating between 13st 2 and 13st 4 for about 2 weeks now. I'm getting so despondent and think what's the point. Please help x

Been stuck on the same weight for about 2 weeks now. I'm having between 1200 and 1500 cals a day and exercising when i can. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Should I be eating less.? I'm 52 and it's so much harder to lose weight now than when I was younger. Any tips would be greatly welcomed xxx
