Well, after moving cross country I am finally getting back to focusing on my nutrition and exercising. I have gain some weight and lost muscle during this move. Though, I am happy to say that I am not too far gone. I'm pretty proud of myself. I've been making better food choices and getting in a workout every now and then...but now its time to get back to the focused consistency.

I lifted weights the other day and was happy to complete a workout with my previous max weight; 2-45's on barbell and 80lb dumbbells for chest presses. This got me supper excited and amped. My joints and lower back are feeling amazing. With the exception of a minor shoulder sprain which is healing very nicely.

Here's a picture of my breakfast today. I am updating my meal plan on here shortly.
