was out harvesting concord grapes and the other stuff needed thinning for optimal growth... made a nice lunch with Vietnamese garlic chives red Malabar spinach sweet potato leaves lemon grass red onion lots of ginger and wine and a dash of soy sauce. the only thing I did not grow was the butter, bread, soy sauce and wine. a satisfying lunch.

it moved! Today will be tough. I'm baking cookies. it's a teeny amount of chocolate chips that give the sweetness along with raisins,oats, sunflower pips, mesquite flour butter egg and leavener. it does make a nice filling bar. I try to only eat one for fill up after supper.

yesterday's attempt at fasting was a complete and total failure. Gotta kill the sugar monster. Today's first intake is coffee with butter no sweetener. In my dtfence it was jalapeno and onion cornbread. but Hey it wasn't cake. so there'sthat.

Again!????? Yes we have gained quite a bit back. The starting weight was 340 something. Went to 185 and back to 215. I should have gotten serious the day I sat on the bed and thought "I feel like I'm sitting around myself". I'm using 2 apps, Simple ( a fasting tracker) it is good to help me see what my body's doing I.e...2 hours till fat burning begins... I'm hoping it will help with whatever brain spasm\food trauma is causing my issue.Then tracking actual calorie intake here. Been I f for a month and have lost 3 oz. Part of the problem is hubbys lost gall bladder so lowish fat keto is hard. He REQUIRES carbs and I'm carb sensitive. S we are re-learning to compensate both gall and pancreas issues. Then there is the switch to powdered "creamer" I had no idea it was addictive. I just noticed the huge bucket was empty and I'm the only one who uses it. The current plan you ask? Easy,( ish not.) keep the calorie intake today under 500. Tomorrow back to my eating window which out of necessity must be shortened to 4 hours. 8 gives me to much time to rationalize that biscuit. I love the lemon creme ones.
