Hi. I'm 62 years old and I'm having a hard time not snacking. I'm trying to loose weight. I am 220 right now and I would like to get to under 200 pounds. I live with my husband and he is much thinner than me. I like to read a lot so I'm sitting down a lot. I am in physical therapy right now for my back so I am getting more exercise than I have been. I recently started walking again. I enjoy it but the weather has been keeping me from doing it regularly. I am waiting for Spring to come and stay. Well, that's all I have. I don't want to write a book because I could. Bye
