Feeling hopeless. I have noticed that in the last month, I have cut at least 1000 calories from my daily meals. That is something, at least. I am still struggling with reaching 1500 a day, though. Right now, I'm usually at around 2000 cals a day - not good for trying to lose weight. Eating out at least twice a day is not helping. Well, I don't eat out, but my husband brings food from restaurants twice a day and I eat it. It feels like a terrible cycle that I can't break free of. I keep telling him it has to stop, but I don't really want it to - I enjoy that food. I have started looking up calories for everything before he orders so I have better control of how much is being eaten. I have more salads now, too. It's not enough, though. The only solution is not to have food from fast food restaurants, at least not as much as we do now. But it's a hard habit to break - so freaking hard. The food is so good! I don't know anymore. I have to lose 10 percent of my body weight in order to have gastric bypass surgery and I have to prove that I can stick to a healthy diet, but I don't know if I can to be honest.

I haven't been on here for a long while. Forgot about it, actually. I know my weight is higher, but this is after eating poorly and struggling with trying to lose 366 lbs of weight, so I have actually lost 44 lbs in the past six months.

Ate too much today. Didn't care, just wanted to eat. Things like this are what set me back. How do people have the willpower to beat this?
