I am starting phase 1 of The Fat Smash Detox Plan today. I have gained 12.5 lbs since the last time I weighed in :( Holidays, studying for the GMAT etc. have all been my exscuses...but I'm back now! 12.5 really makes a big difference and I am ready to get these lbs off and reach my ultimate goal of 140.

I lost 4lbs last week. I'm not following the Fat Smash Plan. I've just cut out bread and sugar. I'm eating lots of fruits and vegetables and a little meat. I also worked out 5 days last week. I'm doing 35-45 minutes of cardio depending how I feel that day. This week is going to be busier so I plan to hit the gym at least 4 times. Now that I'm back in the habit, I don't sleep as good without working out.

Hello everyone! I've been gone for a while but now I'm back. Everything is fine, I've just been consumed with work. I haven't lost any weight, but at least I haven't gained b/c I have been working out at least 2 to 3 times a week. I hope everyone is doing well.

Hey everybody! I've been pretty busy this passed week and haven't made time to record journal entry's and check on you guys but I'm back! My weight has been holding steady with no gain so that's a good thing. I'm eating 5 small meals a days and I'm not eating any bread and very little sugar. I'm sticking to complex carbs and lots of fruits, veggies and yogurt. I'm also eating fish, chicken and turkey. I'm still hitting the gym and shooting to lose at least 3 lbs a week. I'm going to do light cardio and weights today.
