Well, after basically pausing my journey in Aug. and most of this month, I'm ready to get back to it. Summer is finally winding down, and the weather is pretty nice. My gym still hasn't opened yet, supposedly will around the 10th of Oct. I'm back tracking my food and it's been nice enough to take a morning walk. I'm super happy that I've been able to maintain my losses even though I haven't tracked in a while. I'm hoping to drop another 15 by the end of the year. I'm feeling pretty motivated again, yay!

August didn't go as planned. Got off track. Vacation plans coming up. Hope to maintain and then get back in a deficit.

What a week! No gym this week, kept our 2 yr old g-baby for 4 days while Mom had a scheduled c-section. We welcomed our 4th grand child and 3rd boy on Wednesday! Mom, Dad, baby and both big brothers are doing great! One more reason to stay healthy, I feel so blessed.

Just as I got ready to head to the gym this morning it started pouring. I hate being on the interstate in this weather especially on a Sat. I guess I'll wait a bit until it clears up. Hubby and I met the kids for Mexican last night and it was delish! Only ate a few chips and salsa but Cavillo's has the BEST homemade chips! Stayed away from the heavier options but enjoyed myself anyway. Moderation, it works for me.
