yay very happy it took 1 day to get back to my pre fathers day weight yay. now I feel like I can continue eating good. well to good week hoping to lose 2lb this week.

I dont know how it was possible for me to gain like 3lb in day.
I had a great fathers day and I just enjoyed the food. but to say I pigged out prob not. I'm hoping tomorrow some of the bloat will fall off and were back in action.
usually something like this would throw me off and unmotivated me, but I'm happy to say not a chance as I'm getting back into it today.
planning on fasting with my coffee until I get to work around 230pm then gonna make a big salad and have that last me through dinner with a fruit for snack.

I think I'm obsessing with exercise. for my 15min break I was running up and down the stairs. I guess yay to my committment.
