Greetings y'all,
I'm grateful for the community here and this platform to record fitness progress/goals. We're all on this wellness journey together. While we may face ups and downs, I believe every experience serves a higher purpose.
I have stayed at goal weight for over 10 years, thanks to the Weigh Down Workshop. While it hasn't always been easy, I've learned that there's so much more to health than the number on the scale.
Recently, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right hip, so I've had to adjust my fitness routine. These days, my focus is on gentler, low-impact activities like walking my dog, doing yoga, and gardening.
The main thing? Be patient with yourself. No matter what challenges you face, remember that every up and down is an opportunity to grow. Trust that there's a higher purpose, even in the difficult times.
Stay encouraged, my friends. One step at a time; you've got this!
"The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp." (Revelation 21:23)
