Final for the day: 150 calories over-12%
Pie Chart looks good-only 2% over in fat, protein & carbs are ok.
Reviewing food intake: I had too many calories for breakfast. Some adjustments to lunch as well.

Weather is very hot and humid today (90 degrees).
Staying inside the house most of the day in the air conditioning.
Using stairs a lot-doing many loads of laundry.
Cleaned bathroom.
We were gone for 2 1/2 weeks camping. Did not follow diet close enough.
Weight gain really has me upset. Cannot walk outside because of the heat and my right knee is giving me a lot of pain.
Going to focus on Fat Secret food chart and watch food intake.
Going to try and use our elliptical again for exercise.
Note: Recent doctor visit showed an enlarge parathyroid gland which needs to be surgically removed. This will happen on 8/3/16.
