Haven't recorded a journal in a few days.. Been super busy It was my little sisters birthday and I made her a cake and guess what... I had a slice not the whole cake! :D haha! Also been doing really well on my workout days! Make myself work out for at least an hour and I am still staying under my caloric goal! :D I also found a super easy low fat (can be made fat free) Low calorie cookie! Best part about it is my boyfriend loves them so I get to make them often for a little sweet treat without going over board! It's nice that I don't have to feel guilty for treating myself. I also set up a plan.. Since I LOVE PIZZA! Every month on the 30th of every month that is going to be my treat day! And I am going to go to CiCi's Pizza and treat myself! :O I dont want to get burnt out on dieting and feel like I can never eat something I really really want so I think if I just have it once a month that will give me something to look forward to! (probably really stupid idea) But I like it! :D I am still trying to do better on my water consumption. I am so addicted to diet cokes it is terrible! I really like the water drops like MIO except I get the the cheap walmart brand! But the raspberry Lemonade is awesome! Its only 5 cal a serving! Y'all should try it! Also PB2 is AMAZING if you like peanut butter!! :D

So today I made a huge step! My own elliptical just wasnt cutting it! It was so shaky and squeaky and falling apart all the time! Wasnt a cheap one either! I recently quit my job and my boyfriend and I moved in with my mother so I could focus solely on college. I havent had any extra money but my mother told me to help with my weight loss she would get me a gym membership! I am so thankful I went today and signed up for everything my boyfriend dropped me off and I worked out for an hour. I did 10 min on the elliptical. 20 min on the treadmill and 30 min on a bike! I woke up this morning flabbergasted when the scale read 245! Its been about a year since I was this weight. After I got done working out at the gym I went to walmart and bought me earbuds for my phone so I can listen to music while working out! and a lock for my gym locker! I am so excited and it felt so great to work out! I am under my calorie goal today! Gonna treat myself with some hot chocolate! :D I love this site I forgot how much fun it was kinda competing against yourself making sure you stay under your goal and push yourself working out! Thank you everyone that is making this journey interesting! I am glad I have journals to read that my buddies post!!
