Was under 1300 calories today! I think I am doing really well! Burned about 600 at the gym. I was slam worn out! Had classes all day today it seems like on days that I attend classes its easier for me to keep within my calorie goals I guess because I am actually keeping busy and not just staying home and stuffing my face in front of the TV like I normally did. (Especially during the summer months) I love the outdoors but here in Texas the summer is just really to hot to enjoy the outdoors most of my summer is spent in doors on the computer or watching TV. I am so enjoying this cooler weather but today it was raining way to much but hopefully it will bring in a cold front and possibly I will be able to wear a jacket in a few weeks! :D I just hope we actually get some snow this winter! Glad I have an indoor gym I can go to when the weather gets like this! By the way thank you too all my buddies and all the good wishes that have been sent my way the last few weeks it really does propel me to do better and do more. Today I tried on a pair of jeans I havent been able to wear for a while and they fit perfectly ( Almost to big for me actually) I kept pulling them up all day! :D I feel so much better about myself already I cant wait till I lose 10 - 20 more pounds and then one of these days get to my goal. Even if that is all I have to look forward to for the next year, I am glad I get to experience this journey with all my buddies!!! :D Love you all!!
