So.. I haven't weighed in for 31 days. I really want to kick my butt for screwing up like this again! No telling how much weight I have gained over the holidays. But tomorrow, it's time to go back to the gym! Not looking forward to the weigh in but I know I need to be honest in order to succeed. I can still fit into my pants so I know I didnt gain too much lol. Anyone have any good tips on how to stay motivated? I am drinking a lot of water. Hoping that most of my weight gain is from water weight so hopefully I can drop about 5 lbs fast, and jump start my weight loss again!

For a few weeks I had absolutely no weight loss. I was staying under my calorie goal and working out 3 times a week. I honestly think I didnt lose anything because I wasnt eating enough and my body was storing the calories. Is this possible? Now that I am eating more it seems like I am losing quicker I bumped up my calories from around 1400 to about 1800.
