So I started my 30 day challenge a day late I believe, but I finished my second day. The reason I wasn't able to start right away is because my workout buddy wasn't home. But I'm going to finish this! YES!

Went super food shopping yesterday! I avoided all the unhealthy items. No soda, ice cream, or candy. I'm quite proud of myself. MY roommate is not liking the fact that I won't buy soda, but that's not my problem lol. I bought a lot of fruit since I have a hard time eating salad and whatnot.

So I decided to weigh myself anyways. I was surprised that I had lost weight :D I feel like I can keep this healthy eating up. And if I add in more exercise other than work lord knows how much I can lose. My 30 day challenge starts tonight so I'm hoping that will melt the blub right off!
