Hi there,
I am ready to make changes in my life for the better... Not only for myself but for my family!!! I have terrible self esteem and I often fall victim to food for comfort... But it is so awesome too now know I can find good food that is still healthy and I can enjoy it without over doing it. I've been listening to my body and letting it tell me when I really am hungry and when I do eat I am now able to stop eating when I feel full instead of eating until it's all gone. I have set my goal to lose 50lbs I know it will be extremely hard but I am ready for the challenge!!!!! Wish me luck and good luck to all of you!!!.
