Kinda proud of myself, now...just did a full 30 minutes on that hateful stationary bike. My heart is pumping, and I've worked up a fairly decent sweat...and as an aside, I know for a fact I could not have lasted that long a year ago. Don't think I'll ever love that bike, but it just might get the job done for rainy days like today :-)

Cravings down a bit today. Longer walk than usual this morning, and two days straight of 100 jumping jacks. Ok, I know it's not burpees or Jillian Michaels, but it's beyond what I usually do...that counts, right? :-) Feels like I'm back on track...

I am having to force myself to walk every day, and missing a day here and there...not many, but still....what concerns me is the idea of losing the ground I've gained over the summer. I don't like the idea of having to start all over (exercise wise) next spring! And I don't understand why I've hit this wall, grrrr!!!
