I'm gaining a little weight for a 26.2 mile run on the 21st. I need that extra fuel. But right afterwards, it's back to the grind...

Well. I'm up to 20 miles now. I believe 26.2 is quite possible. And I found out a little more about how to sustain my strength after "the wall"!
Plus, counting calories isn't much of a problem after such mileage! I'm going to do that again on Thanksgiving Day, so I can eat without guilt!
