I went off my diet and paid for it dearly, I gained 21 pounds and not pleased at all. Time for me to get back on track with diet and exercise. I need to get my blood sugars back to where they were and keep them there; no more loafing and thinking I have it well in hand when I know damn well I don't. Time to get serious and stay serious. I will get to my goal weight, it will just time and dedication on my part. I need to get healthy for myself, my husband and my family. Wish me luck.

Let myself go over the last few months, and my blood sugars show it. Getting back on track with weight training and walking, plus changing up my diet and keeping track of everything I put in my mouth from here on out.

gained 8 lbs since my last weigh in july, not very happy with that. I am back on the road to losing weight now that my issues have been taken care of with my left foot and knee. Wish me luck!!

Down another 2 lbs. It is coming off slow but at least it is coming off.
