Решил к НГ взглянуть на свой путь за 5 месяцев.
✅ В первые два худел и лайтово качался, скинул живот и всего -8.5кг
✅ Три месяца вроде набираю по чуть чуть, 3 тренировки в неделю, профицит 2900 ккал, белок 130. Есть хороший и постоянный прогресс в силовых.
Но вес особо не набирается, за это время от силы +2кг, плавающие
❔Коллеги из тренажерки, как бы вы дальше действовали? Продолжить набирать или немного посушится и отдохнуть?
