I've come to the realization that the only reason I "self-sabotage" my calorie deficit is because I know it works. I was subconsciously afraid to finally change and lose the weight for good. it's like part of me wanted to be "a person losing weight" foreverrrr. But this was game changing for me and I've been in my deficit everyday since
