Breakfast meal prep 12 for this batch. Morning Star breakfast sausage, Egg muffin with mushrooms, red onions, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus, mozzarella and herb. Air fryer Yukon gold home fries and Thomas light multi-grain English muffin.

Natural Peanut 🥜 butter, honey, chia, granola bar topped with salted Spanish peanuts and dark chocolate. Soooo delicious and nutritious. Only 6 ingredients🥰
