I'm back home, Hawaii was excellent, but my diet was shot. However, we did a lot of walking. OK, I'm going to actually follow SB from now on!

Today is better. Keeping this journal is a little strange for me. But I kept with healthier foods and hopefully will undo yesterday's damage. I will only weigh in once a week on Saturdays. I haven't even been doing this for a week!
