OK. I had noticed that a coworker was looking very trim and in my presence got out his iphone and recorded the candy bar he had just eaten. I asked him what he was doing and he gave me "fatsecret" and said it was easy. I need to get really serious so here goes. Last year I experienced a real depression and felt bad all year. My fatige level was out the window and I put on 40 pounds in six months even though I was not eating more or different. My body went berserk. One thing I figured out is that I have an intolerance for gluten. Of course the year of feeling bad was one inwhich I was trying to up the fiber in my diet by going whole wheat. I began feeling better this spring after figuring out the wheat issue and cutting it out of my diet and have upped my activity level and have been watching my portion sizes. So, I have lost about 8 pounds. I figure it will take a year to change and reach my goal. The journey of 1000 miles begins with one step. And, I have chosen Ann155 as my name to remind my self of my goal. Ann155
