I added Circuit Training to my exercise routine over the weekend (Exercised Saturday, Rested Sunday, and exercised again this morning) and MY BODY HURTS!!! (even when not moving).

My supervisor just brought down chocolate bars for our group...I will not eat one...I will not eat one...I will not eat one...actually, I don't even have a craving for it...oh yeah...I got this :-)

Day two - I drank a soda last night (an NO it was not diet). I really do not enjoy drinking water. The only time that it taste good to me is after working out. I have noticed that I'm starting to crave ice again. I was addicted to eating ice for twelve years (about a 16 pound bag every two days) and after I had my son the cravings instantly went away (I'm not sure why). Since I've stopped, my body bearly gets the water it needs because I hate drinking it.
