Big day in South Africa today. We all headed to the polls to make our X.
Working out is becomming more fun, I can feel my body is getting a bid stronger. Can even see and feel a bit of bicep forming.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
15 Reps - laying overhead tricep extension (6kg)
15 Reps - bridge on swissball
20 Reps - crunches (6 kg added)
REPEAT CIRCUIT 4X
Walked 30 min in morning to poling station and back
Walked 30 min on tredmil

Im so excited with my 0.3kg down. Al together now 2 kg down since I started three weeks ago. More determined now to reach my goal. ....still 17 to go.
Tried to increase my circuit from 3 to 4 but I could feel my fitness levels are not there yet. Will carry on as usual for few more weeks. The journals help me to keep track of my workouts and I feel so guilty when I skip a workout and see nothing in my journal except for my off day.
12 Reps- dumbell flyes (6kg)
20 Reps - plie squats (6kg)
20 Reps - crunches
Repeat 3x
30 min walk on tredmil -in 15.1 kph

Feeling a bit off today. Still manage to exercise but omw the high intensity cardio was tough....could only do 15min
CIRCUIT TRAINING

12 Shoulder presses (4kg)
15 Crunches (5kg) added

15 Min high intensity cardio
