I am doing fine by following my own diet. But I have always counted my calories to mannage to stay in shape. It is ease and effective. Going to give it a go againm

Whoohoo 0.6kg down. Hard work is paying off slowly but surely. I am starting to enjoy my workouts, actually looking forward to them. Going to push a bit harder by adding an extra circuit or weights.
Cutting out some more sugar. Only two cup of coffee a day with one tsp sugar. Getting use to greentea with 1tsp raw honey, quite tasty.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
10 Reps - Push ups
15 Reps - Plie Squads (10kg)
12 Reps - Chest press (EZ Bar 11kg)
20 Reps- Swiss crunhes
REPEAT 4X
CARDIO: 35 min
Walking 20 min (5.0kph)
THEN FOR 10min:
Walking 1min (5.0 kph)
Running 1 min (8.0 kph)
THEN Cooling off - 4 min

CIRCUIT TRAINING
12 Reps - Hamstring curls (15kg)
15 Reps - Leg extensions (30 kg)
12 Reps - Over head tricep extension (10 kg)
REPEAT 4X
30 Min walk on treadmill

08/05:
What a busy day. Did not even had chance to journal my workout. Im suffering with paining feet...got inflamation in my heels. No walking today but did my circuit training
12 Reps - Front lunges (4kg each side)
12 Reps - Dumbell curls (5kg)
20 Chrunches
REPEAT 4X
09/05:
Giving my feet one more day rest hopefully I can walk tomorrow
20 Reps - Donkey kicks (3kg ankle weights)
10 Reps - Lateral raises (4 kg)
10 Reps - V-Ups
REPEAT 4X
