Can anyone tell I have been hiding? Lol I have been sick and not much of an appetite and the things I want like Chicken Noodle soup and low carb pizza have been my food . I have not weighed myself. I can barely walk up and down my stairs lately let alone do excercise. I feel like I am failing and have no motivation to keep on with this. Hopefully when I feel better I can get back on track. Wish me luck!

Ok I am here to confess I cheated last night. I am sick and today mainly stayed in bed. I am having weird chest pains. Plus have a horrible head cold. I have no appetite to speak of. I will probably have some oj later. I think I will be moving towards phase two just not completly. Right now the only thing that sounds appealing is grilled cheese and tomato soup. Well hope I dont gain too much of my much anticipated loss back.

Hey guys its me and I need some help. My AUnt FLow must be coming cause I am crazily craving sugar and salt. Aghhhhhh I despretly want something crunchy. I have a good mind to cheat but with the scale finally moving down I don't want to. Without this place I don't think I would be doing well. Cant wait to see if I will make my goal someday. Thanks for everything.

Ok this morning had my coffee with sugar free creamer. Then I had quiche to go. Since I don't have muffin pans I use a circle one and then just cut into triangles. I made my kids eggs over easy with toast. Since thats the way I love my eoe I had to not choose that for breakfast. Tonight I will have grilled chick breast with mushrooms and low sugar spaghetti sauce. YUmm O had it last night for supper what a treat.
