Wow! What an incredible day! Originaly I had hoped to have lost 50 lbs by my birthday but the weight wasn't coming off quite as quickly so I changed that goal to 40 lbs and today I am at 46.4 and I'll take it! What an amazing feeling!!! :) Smashed that 40lbs goal and will be at the 50 lb mark before I know it! Keep the faith and do your best! We got this :) :) :)

Yaaaahooooo!!! What a week! Hurt my ankle so my workouts have been modified and reduced, but still had a loss and that loss took me to below a number I've not been blow in years...actually since I started tracking on here I don't think I've ever been under that amount! Can't wait for the next 50 lbs to fall off! Isagenix is the way to go! If you are struggling or have questions contact me I'll be of assistance best I can. I have officially lost 40.6 lbs since January 24!

Pretty good week over all. Learning to tackle things one at a time and getting lots done around the house and in my life, have a lot more energy then I've had in years! Did a few short hikes/walks in the local park this week. Got all my workouts in and am feeling great! :)

What an awesome week! Was only able to do a one day cleanse last weekend after being invited over to my Aunts for a Mother's Day BBQ and wasn't going to miss that. Had a treat and had some french fries, which I enjoyed every bite of...but right on track for dinner after having those. Went to three shows this weekend and managed to cleanse for 2 days during 2 of them! This is getting so much better and easier to adapt to my everyday living!
