Rolling down the right path it seems :) Went for a walk with a new friend yesterday which was really nice. We were able to relate to a lot of the same things in our journeys and experiences which was awesome! Hope to make a regular addition to my workout regime. Eating is in tact, my cleanse went well and I am feeling great. Hope you all enjoy your week :)

Feeling better and was able to do another 2 day cleanse which was successful! First phase of my fitness challenge has come to and end, I am knocking it out of the park and feeling great! Love how strong I am getting even with the weight I still have to lose...feeling GREAT!!!

Haven't been feeling well the last few days been having some shake days and still getting my workouts in but unable to stomach solid foods.

Not a great loss, but it's a loss :) Just had my TOM and have been under a bit of stress at work so that could reflect this weight loss. The fitness group I belong to started back up last week too so I am working out a lot more than I was over the summer which I love. I am capable of doing so much more than I was when I first started these programs! Love it! Hope all enjoying your day :)
