Love watching the scale go down! But even more I bought new jeans on the weekend and they are 3 sizes smaller!!! Couldn't believe, sure makes a girl feel good! Hope you're all enjoying your summer and have a great day :)

Finally hit that 50 lb mark! I knew had the right mindset but I never knew it would feel this good. I know I have a journey still ahead of me but look at how FAR I HAVE COME not how far I have to go, makes a HUGE HUGE difference. Get your head in the game and you'll have great success, if it's not find out why...you are WORTH IT! Enjoy your day everyone. It's a food prep kinda day here today :)

No actual loss this week, but was up 5.6 lbs Wednesday and managed to get back down to the same weight I was at last week so I'll take it! = NO GAIN!!! + it's that TOM...always retaining water and feeling bloated.
Had an incredible weekend of fun celebrating my graduation. Body is starting to cooperate for working out again! Walked 20 miles with Leslie Sansone in the last 4 days alone. Will try and get another chunk under my belt. Hoping I can reach my monthly walking goal still if I keep it up the next 3 days! Rest day on Canada Day and then back into the swing of things! Working out makes everything better. I feel better, I know I look better, the inches are falling off, the pounds are falling off, I have way more energy, lots more around the house is getting done, my mind is a lot clearer. Over all exercise is making me happy! If you don't workout, yet, try it! :) Enjoy your day everyone :) :) :)
