Down 3.2 lbs in a week and 3" in a month. I'll take it. I feel so much better about myself. My husband is taking me out for my birthday to night (it really is on Monday, but he is an over the road truck driver and will be gone on Monday.)I just need to make sure I make good choices.

I'm a member at the center and Cami wants to do the program, but cant aford it, so I explained it to her. Tonight was our first weigh in at my house. We are a good pair for this I'm only 7lbs heavier than her and we both have the same goal weight. So now I have some one to do this with. With the two of us I know we can do it. It is nice to have someone who knows what it is like to be over weight and wants to lose it with you. Two is always better than one.

Went down a little, retaining alot of water today I had to take off my rings. I had a pop, wow what a difference it makes when you are not use to having them. Can anyone suggest something different than Crystal Light (I get a terrible stomach ach from them) for a break form water all the time?
