I've been heavy all my life. I've had lots of success with different diets as long as I stay on them. So I have been a yo-yo dieter since I was young. I currently am not on a diet, but am on a healthy lifestyle option. I believe now that this is the only way for me to become healthy without drastic changes to my body.
I am married to a wonderful guy who unfortunately tries to be supportive but has a hard time understanding my way of thinking! I recently had a baby and actually lost weight during the pregnancy due to having gestational diabetes but still have a long way to go to reach a personal goal i set before I got pregnant!
