Updated my weight for this week because I apparently had a 2 pound drop during the night, which made it a 3 pound loss this week!
I'm trying to eat a little less meat and more fiber, and I think my body is responding. I've kept calories about the same, or they might have slightly gone up even. Carbs are net under 50, but a lot higher if you don't deduct the fiber.
My new skirt that I bought about 3 weeks ago kept slipping down to my hips all day at work yesterday, so that was cool. Luckily, I thought ahead about that when I bought it and got a style that I can easily alter down. :)

Had a visit with my cardiologist yesterday. It's been one year since I had my heart surgery and he said my heart has gone from 20 to 75% function. He said I no longer have congestive heart failure! (Which is a big deal for me, since my mom died from it.) He took me off 2 medications and reduced a 3rd to 1/2 the dose I was taking. He was thrilled about the weight I've lost. He said all he can detect is a small atrial flutter and that he could do a "touch up" procedure and fix that if I want, but it's not dangerous and he's curious to see if it will go away on it's own if I continue to lose.
I'm so happy!!!

I have become complacent in my weight loss, and it has stopped. I've been lying to myself and saying that I'm at a "set point" or that it's just a temporary stall. That's not true. I've lost focus. So I'm making a new commitment today. I'm restarting. I'm not waiting until tomorrow or even the end of the day. It starts right now. I can do this!
