Good Day. I did not drink any sodas!!!!!! I walked 2.5 miles!!! AND I did not eat after 8:00pm. Met my 3 of my 4 daily goals.

walked 6438 steps. Did some stretching this morning. Did not drink my 20 oz of water. Tomorrow a new day, new beginning!
