Ok, that's better! I avoided weighing-in for almost a week, then weighed-in a day early...I can't say I did great with the food this week, but I was pretty active!

Ok, diet followed "reasonably well" is a bit of a misnomer. At least the # went down.
My husband is complaining that I am losing too much weight. I, of course, think he's a nut. I haven't been too thin a single day of my life and think that the goal I have chosen (135 @ 5 ft. 2 in.) is really reasonable. It's taking me a long time to get there, but I think the slow process of "getting back on and off and then back on the wagon" is an important one as I get closer to goal. Maybe the slowness will make my loose skin shrink up a little (LOL HaHaHa. The "twin skin " on my tummy is probably with me for the duration!)
