I'm doing pretty well with staying on-track. Routine is everything...gym...similar foods each day for breakfast and lunch...veggies....repeat!

Good lord, it has been a long time since I checked in. My weight is really up...not a pretty sight. Of course, neither has been my eating and exercise habits.
