Taking a day and a half off from food tracking. My husband Birthday today and its will make impossible to STAY TRUE. I will try NOT TO GO CRAYZY AND STICK TO THE FEELLING BEING FULL.AND TRY NOT TO OVER EAT.

With workout I did this week you would think I should loose at least 2-3 lb. But not. It's easy to gain. I can gain 6-8 lbs a week without even trying. LOL. Have to start adjusting my eating. Step by step. I will be there
