I am 45 years old. I am getting married 10-18-14. I would love to lose 75-100 lbs. I have lost weight before but put it back on as soon as people noticed and started to give positive feedback. I need to learn how to process the positive feedback

Reality Check
Yesterday was definitely a reality check. I got to try on 2 wedding dresses. The 3rd was too small. I don't want to be a fat bride. How does a person make up their mind mentally to change. I know what I need to do as far as counting calories because I have done it before. I am glad my wedding is 2 years away becuase it is going to take me that long to get myself the way I want to be. Mentally and physically. Why does it seem like I need that one thing to slap my mind into reality. I watch Biggest Loser religouly, nothing... I read articles, listen to other's success stories, nothing.. I am not asking for a miracle..Or am I?

Hardest thing I have ever had to admit to myself.
I realized that the reason I always gain wait back is that I am afraid to be thin. So this is my FSA (Fat secret admission) I am araid to be thin. I hope now that I have said it outloud I can learn to deal with it. I lost 30 pounds once before and as soon as people started to respond, I put it back on plus some. This time I have got to learn to accept the responses. I hope to get the right encouragement this time.
