What kind of financial stake does your weight-loss mentor have in the fitness/weight-loss community? There should be no money to be made off diet/weight-loss/fitness; you got people trying to sell you magic pills, you got people trying to sell you coaching services, you got people trying to push web traffic to their various online stores, they're all using you, me, and everyone else to line their own dam pockets. A properly done keto/low-carb diet can be taught in five minutes, there's no money to be made off of it, of course THEY want nothing to do with it, and surely don't want anyone else talking about it.

If your diet sells products that should be cause for you to rethink that diet.

#One of the biggest factors contributing to the failure of large numbers of people to adhere to a strict calorie model for weight loss is that they're still obsessing and fixated on food.

#"One of the reasons people sometimes get in trouble on a maintenance diet is that they fail to recognize just how strict a maintenance diet still must be." -Chapter 19, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution

#"Hunger is a lie. Got body fat? You're not hungry." -Me

What is your basic work-out routine?
Dynamic Tension. Free weights are great until you sustain an injury. You will sustain an injury eventually. I got severe tendonitis in my elbow after going too heavy doing barbell rows, looking back, really stupid thing to do. It took years for the pain to completely subside.

What would you tell your 16 year old self?
I'd tell myself that there's an obvious reason diabetics have high blood sugar and that it's no coincidence that obesity is often co-morbid. On an unrelated note I would tell myself to forget getting serious with any romantic relationship and to focus on myself and family.

Any recipes or Groups on here for people following LCHF Diets?
I don't know, they just disappeared. Mahjohn, Fred, and Knuckles, to name a few. I stopped logging in for months. Kind of hard to feel inspired or want to inspire others when you've got naysayers and detractors criticizing your methods and making personal attacks.

Yes, it's only you. These aren't the droids you're looking for.

Joking, of course. There's been some measure of hostility to the keto diet and as a result some of the most successful and active keto members just stopped. Sad, but true!
