지금 저체중이라서 ..살을 2키로 정도 찌워야하는데요
하루에 탄수 200은 넘게먹어야겠죠? ㅠㅠ

한끼식단으로 통밀식빵두장,닭찌80g,토마토15알,양배추샐러드,달걀1개 어떤가요??

유지어터 식단 조언부탁해영♥️♥️
아침: 과일요거트볼 , 닭찌 300칼로리
아침먹고 간식: 보이차,토마토200g,두유
점심: 현미잡곡밥170g,반찬류 여러가지, 먹고싶은 음식
500후반 칼로리
점심먹고 간식: 바나나100g또는 자두100g 외출할때는 조각케이크 2분의1
저녁: 현미잡곡밥170g,버섯볶음,숙주나물,두부부침,김,계란 500후반칼로리
대충 이런식으로 먹고있는데 운동은 주3회정도 하는거같아요 유지한지는 1년정도 됐는데 잘하고있는 건지 모르겟네요 ㅜㅜ
