Wow, the wheels came totally off and I did nothing positive for myself or for my weight loss journey in the past two weeks. I guess that is what New Year's resolutions are for. I resolve to start over, enter my food every day, get more activity in each day, and get back on track.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2017:
1372 kcal Fat: 71.20g | Prot: 79.30g | Carb: 103.44g.   Breakfast: Sugar in the Raw Stevia in the Raw, Milk (Nonfat), Green Mountain Coffee Hazelnut K-Cup, Green Mountain Coffee Caramel Vanilla Cream K-Cup. Lunch: Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Dole Light Caesar Salad Kit. Dinner: O'Brien Potatoes, Jimmy Dean Sausage Breakfast Skillets, Stokes Green Chile Sauce with Pork, Kroger Finely Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, Scrambled Egg. Snacks/Other: Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry. more...

I have the sneaking suspicion the same is true for many here. I know it is for me. 2016 was devastating to my former weight loss. I have vowed that 2017 will be my best year. My normal weigh in day is Monday, so tomorrow I will be doing a complete restart so I won't be looking back and beating myself up. Sometimes a fresh start is needed to regain equilibrium lol. I join you in your resolutions :)
