I was terrified to weigh in today - a solid week of moving, unpacking boxes, and eating inappropriate amounts of fast food made me very scared to weigh in. A pleasant surprise, to see the weight actually down. I am happy, though, to return to my routine and record what I am putting in my mouth. All the calories and low quality food takes a toll on the body.
It is our work's chili cook-off today - I have won for the past two years with my creamy white chicken chili. It is not low calorie, but surely is tasty. In moderation.
