I have a headache this morning - time to drink extra water. Working on Dad's taxes this morning after calling my sister. This evening, it will be the Weld County Food Bank Stone Soup fundraiser. I will need to behave - there will be cocktails, appetizers, etc. that may be hard to quantify. I will be non-alcohol all evening, so that will help. I am looking forward to the Prime Rib though. Hmmm. Tasty.

My weight is down. I am thrilled at the prospect of stuffing seven less pounds into my clothes. Fricking awesome. The big loss is behind me; from now on, it will be pounds I earn.

Summary of the week for working out: 3 times to the gym. Didn't go on Thursday because I already had 10000 steps at noon (fundraising breakfast). Didn't go on Friday because I left work at 12:30. So, I need to work out at home today at the very least, and tomorrow would be nice, too. My left knee still hurts. I am clinging to the premise that it will be better as my muscles improve and my weight drops.

My birthday is tomorrow. 52 big years. I watched a movie last night, The Judge, that made me really aware of my age. The character was just 20 years older than me.

Things to remember: You are worthy. You are worth it. Your family is worth it. You are your own golden goose and you are finally getting it right. Doing it for yourself. Damned good job!
