I love the first week. You always lose a significant amount of weight as your body adjusts to the new normal. I needed the big drop. It is helping me realize that I have eaten like crap for the past year and a half resulting in the absolute erasure of everything I did to lose 50 pounds in a little over a year.

I can blame plenty of things. But, the fact remains that I just stopped caring about me. The one person that I should be taking care of was completely ignored.

So, I know I need to write down what I eat. The accountability is important. I have been absolutely stuffed with food for the past 5 days, so volume wasn't the issue - the quality of food was. Nutrient dense, flavor filled foods are what I need. I need to embrace this and accept that it IS normal to eat to healthy foods.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
