Re-feed day after a two day fast! There was no weight loss with this fast and so I am a little disappointed. As I near my "goal" weight, it is getting harder and harder to lose those lbs.

I am trying to get back into the gym habit. It is harder than I want it to be to fit gym time into my schedule. I am hoping the installation of a doggie door will free me from the early morning puppy sitting I have been doing. A little extra rest and the opportunity to go to the gym will likely help me get that scale moving again. Don't get me wrong - I am not worried about the scale - I need to put another hole in my belt and had to buy smaller pants just this past weekend.

168.4 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What does the 'scale in the mirror' show you? I have seen 'loss' there even though yesterday I gained a pound.
