Smaller loss this week. I did a 36+-hour fast this week where I still had fat in my BPC.

I had a very physical day on Thursday as we volunteered to lay sod at one of our National Cemeteries prior to the Memorial Day weekend. It is so humbling to see the acres of white headstones and know that everyone of those people sacrificed something so that we can all be free.

I got a puppy over the weekend - what am I thinking? Sleepless nights lay ahead, but my lab was getting lonely after his "brother" left to live with my oldest son. I must thrive in chaos!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
